Do I need to be away from home during cleaning?

We do not require you to be away but it is ideal so that we can come in and clean your space without having to work around you. However, we know that there are times you may be at home. In these cases, we can work around you but we ask that you stay in one area so that we can get our job done quickly and efficiently without our team members having to dance around you.

Does my home need to be picked up/tidy before you come?

Our services do not include tidying up your space. If we have to move a lot of your personal belongings before we even start cleaning that will slow down the process of cleaning. We ask that all items be put away and the floors be as clutter free as possible. We ask that your dishes be clean and put away as well so that we can get your sink sparkling clean.

Do you wash windows?

We will wash your windows and window sills interior but we do not do exterior window cleaning.

Do you do laundry?

We can throw bed linens in the wash and dry cycle before we leave but we are not a laundering service. If you want fresh linens for your beds, we ask that you have them already washed and set out for us to use.
